Drought Emergency: Donation from Kinangop Deanery
1 Sept 2014 – Today we have received a lorry full of potatoes, vegetables, food and other items donated with great generosity by Christians of the Parishes of Kinangop Deanery (Nyahururu Diocese) as a contribution to the “Feeding Program” organized by Ol Moran Parish to help the schools of our area to face the challenge of drought. Works start off with “Food for Work 2014”
“Food for Work” Project has taken off this morning with the registration of the first 2 teams, 100 people each. Works will start next Wednesday. This project is a way for facing the Drought Emergency already announced some weeks ago. Thanks to all who are contributing towards this project!
